Karen Evanson is a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly two decades of clinical experience providing behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, families, and veterans. She has owned and operated a successful private practice since 2014 and has extensive experience in trauma treatment, clinical supervision, and evidence-based behavioral healthcare. Karen's vision for The ARK is to create a regional center where innovative therapeutic programs and clinical excellence come together to provide hope, healing, and restoration.

Co-Founder, Chief Director of Quality Improvement & Compliance & Organizational Excellence
Tonetta Curry provides executive leadership for quality improvement, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and organizational performance. Her healthcare experience, including more than a decade of service with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, strengthens The ARK's commitment to accountability, quality, and continuous improvement. Her leadership helps ensure that The ARK is developed upon a strong operational foundation that supports long-term organizational success.
